CONCLAVE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN:
MASSLAND GROUP PTY LTD ACN 123 043 087 of Level 1, 1095 Gold Coast Highway, Palm Beach, QLD 4221.

"Graduate”
1. CONCLAVE PROGRAM
The Conclave Program includes:
- 12 month mentoring program including monthly classroom webinars.
- 2-day virtual event, including a virtual field trip.
- 12 Mentoring modules.
2. Support services
In addition to the Program, Massland will provide email and/or telephone support to the Graduate.
3. Period of Agreement
This Agreement commences on the first day your scheduled course and continues until the date the 12 modules are released to the Graduate.
The Graduate must commence a Conclave Course within a 12-month period from the date of this Agreement. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of total fees paid.
4. Good faith
Massland will act in good faith to guide the Graduate during the period of this Agreement.
5. Aims and objectives
The aims and objectives of the Program for the Graduate also include the following:
(a) to develop a leadership career pathway to prepare for future leadership positions;
(b) Massland and the Graduate understand that any information, advice, or other communication between them in the course of the Program is intended to provide educational guidance to the Graduate and to assist the Graduate in acquiring practical skills and in deepening his or her understanding of dealing with real property in Australia;
(c) learn the basics of group roles, dynamics, and decision-making in order to function constructively in group settings;
(d) to learn how to conduct research on career opportunities within a selected field of study;
(e) to learn how to communicate effectively in networking situations;
(f) to gain a better understanding of best-practice experiences in real property dealings;
(g) to gain a better understanding about how to play an effective role in influencing decisions;
(h) to gain a better understanding of gender and cultural influences on leadership; and
(i) to increase knowledge about real property in Australia.
6. Payment arrangements
The Graduate must pay Massland for providing the Conclave Program and the Support Services in accordance with the Schedule. Subject only to clause 7, this Agreement irrevocably commits the Graduate to fulfilling the payment arrangement outlined herein and the Graduate guarantees to fulfil this obligation.
7. Cooling off period
This Agreement is subject to a cooling off period which starts on the date when the Graduate signs this Agreement and ends at 5pm on the fifth day thereafter. The Graduate may terminate this Agreement without penalty during the cooling off period. Once the cooling off period has ended, the Graduate may not request and is not entitled to a refund of any money paid.
8. Liability disclaimer
Massland is not responsible for any loss, damage, costs and/or expenses incurred by the Graduate or any decisions or actions taken by the Graduate as a result of information supplied by Massland. The Graduate enters into any transactions at its own risk.
9. Advice not specific
The Graduate acknowledges and agrees that:
(a) Massland does not warrant or represent that any information or advice that may be imparted to the Graduate through the Program is to be acted on or relied upon by the Graduate in specific dealings in real property and that the Graduate is solely responsible for its own actions and decisions; and
(b) the information the Graduate receives in the Program is general in nature and will not be relied upon by the Graduate as a substitute for the Graduate’s own judgment or opinions, and the Graduate understands that the opinions or statements of Massland are not a substitute for the Graduate’s own opinion or independent research.
10. No restriction on Graduate
It is agreed that the Graduate is totally free to enter property transactions independent of Massland and is under no obligation to request Massland to become involved in a transaction. However, if the Graduate does request Massland to become involved in a transaction, Massland may accept that offer and the parties agree to negotiate in good faith about the terms of any such arrangement.
11. Confidentiality
The Graduate acknowledges and agrees that Massland is free to discuss the details of the Graduate’s transactions at the Program and to disclose any details about those transactions that Massland is aware of. The Graduate waives any rights in relation to confidentiality about such information.
12. Reading and understanding acknowledgement
The Graduate acknowledges and agrees that before signing this Agreement, the Graduate has read and understood this Agreement and has had the opportunity to seek independent legal and financial advice.
